1. Can I Cancel My Order?

  • Yes, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund, but only if the order has not yet been packed or dispatched.
  • Once the order has been handed over to our logistics partner, cancellation is not possible.

2. What Is Your Return Policy?

  • We are a wholesaler, and due to lower margins, a 100% return policy is not available.
  • As ceramic products are delicate, a 5% minor breakage during delivery is considered normal (general terms).
  • If more than 5% of the products in a parcel are damaged, we offer 50% replacement value for the damaged goods, adjusted in your next order.

3. What Is Your Refund Policy?

  • Being a wholesale business, we do not offer refunds for damaged products.
  • Instead, we compensate through replacements worth 50% of the value of damaged items in your next purchase.

4. What If Products Arrive Damaged?

  • If your delivery contains damaged items, we will provide 50% replacement value of the broken products in your next order.
  • Note: We offer replacement only, not cash refunds.

5. What If Items Are Missing from My Package?
